  Start Up Visa Program

  Quebec Investor Program

The government of Québec offers a special program for individuals wishing to become Canadian permanent residents and settle in the province. This Program is passive in nature, meaning individuals are not required to establish or actively manage a business in the province. It is required to invest CAD $1.2 million for five years with a subsidiary of Investissement Quebec- Immigrants Investisseurs Inc. Applicants needs to have, alone or with their accompanying spouse or de facto spouse, legally acquired net assets of at least C$2,000,000, excluding any amounts received by donation less than six months before their application is submitted.

   

   Provincial Nominee Program for Business

Many provinces have business immigration options that are part of their Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP).

Applicants are evaluated according to various selection factors and must score a minimum number of points based on their education, work experience, age, language proficiency and their business plan.

 

   Self Employed Program

For qualifying in Self-Employed Program, an applicant need to demonstrate that they have relevant cultural, artistic or athletic experience that will allow them to be successfully self-employed in Canada and to make a significant contribution to their field in Canada.
